William ‘Monne’ Nidiffer – Chief Executive Officer/Co-Founder
William Nidiffer has over 25 years of experience in the family and youth education and rehabilitation services arena with over 150,000 successful rehabilitation referrals. As CEO of two national youth and family focused organizations (Roever Educational Assistance Programs & Dawson McAllister Association), he has administrated over 2,000 school assembly prevention programs, plus over 450 youth and family community rallies in almost every state in the United States. With this experience, Mr. Nidiffer is an expert in identifying root causes of social services-related deficiencies and devising/aligning best practice strategies and methodologies for combating and transforming targeted populations.
Eric Nidiffer, Chief Operations Officer/Co-Founder
Eric Nidiffer has over 15 years of leadership experience in the family and youth education and rehabilitation services arena. With a passion to help those in need and a heart fixed on building technological platforms that truly make an impact on society, Eric has been in active leadership in Non-Profit, Technology and Faith-Based organizations for over 20 years. Faith, Family, Community and Innovation are the cornerstones of his life with St. Louis Cardinals baseball somewhere mixed in. Between Speaking, Writing, and Managing the Growth of SPIRIT, Mr. Nidiffer continues to look for technological answers for some of the most difficult and problematic issues the Country is facing. As Co-Founder of SPIRIT his goal has been and continues to be to see lives forever helped and changed as a direct result of the work being completed by the team at SPIRIT.
Andrew Lukanich, Chief Business Officer
Andrew comes to SPIRIT with over a decade of sales experience in the professional sports world. His most recent role was Vice President of Sales for International Speedway Corporation where he oversaw a national sales team representing 12 NASCAR tracks including Daytona International Speedway and Talladega Superspeedway. During his tenure in professional sports Andrew was personally responsible for creating and selling major multi-million-dollar national partnerships, including event entitlements and facility naming rights.
Christopher Cupp, Chief Project Officer
Christopher Cupp is a United States Navy veteran with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Deviance and Victimization. During Mr. Cupp’s career in Social Work he has served as a Misdemeanor Probation Officer, a Direct Support Professional at a Mental Health Treatment Facility and as a Dependency Case Manager working under the Florida Department of Children and Families. He is CompTIA IT Fundamentals and Project + certified. Mr. Cupp joined the Spirit team in March 2017, where his passion and expertise lead to innovative solutions for clients seeking our unique software solutions.
Christina Cupp, Help Desk Director
Christina Cupp has over 2 decades of customer service, human resources and management experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy with a focus on Ethics. Christina worked closely with several government and state agencies including the US Army Corp of Engineers, Mobile District and the Alabama Historical Commission during her time as Laboratory Manager for a environmental and cultural resources firm. She also worked as an intake administrator in a doctor’s office helping those suffering from substance abuse.
