William ‘Monne’ Nidiffer – Chairman of the Board/Co-Founder

William Nidiffer has over 25 years of experience in the family and youth education and rehabilitation services arena with over 150,000 successful rehabilitation referrals. As CEO of two national youth and family focused organizations (Roever Educational Assistance Programs & Dawson McAllister Association), he has administrated over 2,000 school assembly prevention programs, plus over 450 youth and family community rallies in almost every state in the United States. With this experience, Mr. Nidiffer is an expert in identifying root causes of social services-related deficiencies and devising/aligning best practice strategies and methodologies for combating and transforming targeted populations.

Tim Burch, Chief Executive Officer

Tim Burch has invested over 20 years in improving health and human services systems of care while working in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. 16 of those years were in local government in Clark County(Las Vegas),NV where he worked in a variety of capacities, including 5 years in the executive leadership roles as the Director of Department of Social Service as well as the Director for the Department of Family Services.
Mr. Burch joined the Spirit team in August of 2016 to lead the company through it’s growth phase and beyond.

Eric Nidiffer, Chief Operations Officer/Co-Founder

Eric Nidiffer has over 15 years of experience in the family and youth education and rehabilitation services arena as web services applications expert. As IT Director for Dawson McAllister Association (D.M.A.), a national youth and family focused organization, he managed the IT Department as well as mentored staff and interns with his expertise in developing and delivering technology projects. Mr. Nidiffer’s technology expertise and knowledge base aligns strongly with troubleshooting issues and providing innovative solutions. As co-founder and CEO of SPIRIT, Mr. Nidiffer uses his diverse technical knowledge to recommend how technology can be used to resolve problems on a national and community-wide scale.

Micky Thompson, Chief Information Officer

Micky Thompson is an experienced technology executive with a proven record of accomplishments for leading technical organizations to the next level for over 20 years. Mr. Thompson brings experience and expertise as the technology lead for SPIRIT.  Prior to joining SPIRIT, Mr. Thompson served as the CEO and Board Member for Post.Bid.Ship, Inc. Mr. Thompson expertise is a primary reason the SPIRIT platform offering is light-years ahead of our competitors.

Brittney Erickson, Director of QA/Implementation Specialist

Brittney Erickson is a key member of the SPIRIT team. With many years of experience in handling Customer Questions and Service Issues, Brittney brings excellence to the Quality Assurance and Implementation of SPIRIT. From new roll-outs to handling the complexities of bringing simple solutions to complex problems, Brittney is a true blessing to the SPIRIT team and to all of our partners whom she works closely with.

Harris L. Friedman, PhD, Advisor/Subject Matter Expert/Implementation Specialist

Dr. Friedman has been an advisor to SPIRIT since its inception in 2011. Dr. Friedman is a Florida licensed psychologist and professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Florida. He has published over 200 books and research articles. Dr. Friedman is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association, and is Board Certified in both Clinical and Organizational Psychology through the American Board of Professional Psychology. Dr. Friedman has received over a hundred grants to build and evaluate programs in the area of health and human services, many of which focused on the needs of underserved youth and those involved with the criminal justice system. Dr. Friedman is also a subject matter expert and advisor to SPIRIT, but also serves on the staff of SPIRIT in specialty roles.
