Service Providers

Service Providers

In every community we’ve encountered hundreds of service providers offering quality, well-intended and successful programs for individual and families. As a service provider opens up to help individuals we often hear the they don’t know how to or who to approach to start receiving referrals.

In one particular community SPIRIT identified 127 separate service providers, each offering unique, effective, vetted, funded and effective services to individual. In the courtroom the judge was only sending referrals to 25 service providers. More than 5 on the judge’s list were either closed, at capacity or a 2-hour + bus ride from the individual’s home.

By utilizing the patented referral method SPIRIT has invented the service providers who are the most successful and who are best suited for the individual in question are getting more referrals than ever and the court is reporting more graduations.

The process for service providers is even simpler than ever. An email notice is sent when a referral is made from an authorized account user of SPIRIT. You simply review the case details (all referral & consent forms can be delivered digitally with the referral). Once you accept the individual you can immediately begin helping them.

SPIRIT can be used to track progress, graduation or failure to complete on each youth and direct communication to the referring agency is available in the system for each referred individual.

Multi and single location service providers alike can see all the youth referred to them from state agencies and use the data to apply for grants, add additional inventory, services, etc. The reporting tools are cutting edge and will provide each service provider with the information needed to continue to run a quality organization.
